In this three-week couples’ experience, you’ll take a full DISC assessment and explore how power, people, predictability, and procedure play together in a partnership. How does your style shape the way you communicate, make decisions, and handle stress? Use a fun approach to bring real results!Each session gives you tools to “start well” by building relational capital early. Learn how to speak each other’s language, avoid common misunderstandings, and strengthen trust before the wedding day. With a customized workbook and guided discussions, you’ll practice real-life methods to appreciate differences, navigate conflict with confidence, and connect more deeply.Along the way, David and Victoria share nearly 30 years of marriage experience, offering both humor and hard-won wisdom. Their goal is to help you build understanding, deepen respect, and with intentional investment create a relational foundation that lasts. WHO We Are

David and Victoria Glass have been married for nearly 30 years and have made building a strong, lasting marriage their personal mission. From the start, they’ve been passionate about investing in their own relationship, and helping others do the same. Over the years, they’ve participated in and led a variety of marriage programs, including FamilyLife Today®, Focus on the Family®, Marriage on the Rock®, Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage®, and most recently, Marriage Insights Training by the Marriage Insights Institute®, where they now serve on the advisory board.Together, they’ve raised one son and opened their hearts and home to more than 20 foster children. With backgrounds spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, they are entrepreneurs at heart, driven by a shared purpose to serve others and “leave people better than we found them.” Though originally from Montana and well-traveled, David and Victoria now happily call Texas home.
